Bulkhead receptacles mount in a single hole in the panel, and are secured by a hex nut and lockwasher.
The mounting hole is generally D-shaped to prevent rotation.

Receptacle with flange, secured to panel with bolts (if flange holes are threaded), or with bolts and nuts (if flange holes are not threaded). Can be mounted with flange in front of or behind panel, depending on application.
They generally have either two or four mounting holes.
